Refund policy
PLEASE NOTE :
- Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled.
- We do not accept returns unless a damaged/wrong product has been delivered to you.
- If you’ve received a damaged item, please email us immediately with an unboxing video, clear photos of the defect, the outer courier pouch, and the original packaging.
- KoSha reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
- We currently only provide store credit for returns not bank refund.
- We are not responsible for courier related delays, but will ensure it reaches you the quickest possible!
- Return and Exchange couriers need to be sent back by the customer at their own costs.
- Discount codes cannot be combined. In case one is added, the other will not be applicable in your order.
- Store Credits and Gift Cards cannot be converted back to cash.
Steps for Return:
- For return, please mail hello@shopkosha.in with your original order number along with return reason within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Mail subject line should have 'RETURN - name - order number'.
- Once we confirm via mail that the return is possible, the return parcel must be couriered within 5 days of receiving the parcel.
- The returned items need to be sent in the same condition it was received in, with the original packing, respective tags and dust-bags.
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will be responsible for booking your own courier for returning your item.
- Our team will inform you once we receive the return courier and provided that the product is unused and with the same tags it came with, we will confirm the store credit.
- We only provide store credit for returns not bank refund.
Steps for Using Store Credit
For any returns, we do not offer bank refunds – only store credit is provided that can be redeemed for future purchases. Here’s how to use your store credit:
- Once your return is processed and approved, we’ll send the store credit to your registered email.
- If you can’t find the email, please check your Promotions or Spam folder.
- The email will contain a unique code. This code represents the exact amount credited to you, excluding shipping charges (if applicable).
- To use the store credit, simply apply this code at checkout when making your next purchase.
- There’s no expiry on the store credit, so shop when you like!
Damages & Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with clear photos of the defect, the outer courier pouch, and the original wrapping (including the protective sleeve the piece came in), for us to evaluate the issue.
- If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, in this case, we will have the product collected.
BAG CHARMS- RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns and exchanges due to sanitation issues.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you have received the wrong item, we will replace it promptly.
All mails/dms will be addressed within 24 hours of being received. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, our customer care team is not operational on weekends. We appreciate your understanding.
